Deciding what to wear for your Senior Photographs can be a difficult thing to do. Here are some things to consider when selecting your clothes.*Vary your dress level; it is a good idea to bring some dressy clothing along with varying levels of casual clothing.
*Avoid stripes and plaids, solids photograph much better, but be sure to bring a variety of colors.
* Solid bold colors photograph best outside.
*White or pastel colors are perfect for lighter backgrounds..
*Middle tones or deeper solid colors are ideal for formal portraits.
*Try to avoid clothing with wording, except for your school logo. The brand names that are cool now may not be in a few years. But you are welcome to bring any clothing with logos or brands.
*Avoid large prints or patterns that detract from your face.
*Choose long-sleeved shirts or sweaters rather than short-sleeved.
*Bring a white Polo shirt for our popular white on white pose.
Yearbook Photograph
Girls-Bring a long sleeve shirt, sweater or dress blouse. Please no low-cut clothing or T-shirts for the yearbook photograph.
Guys- Bring a long sleeve dress shirt with tie, sweater or a complete dress suit.
HAIR
Plan to wear your hair in a style you are comfortable with. Avoid new cuts or styles.
SKIN
Avoid sunburn or excessive tanning, make sure you look natural. Don't wory about blemishes or minor breakouts, they can easily be retouched. PLEASE DO NOT TAN THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION!
GLASSES
If you wear glasses, wear them in your portrait, but have the lenses removed (if possible).
For Girls
Keep your make-up natural and fresh.
For Guys
A fresh shave is a must! If you have a beard or mustache, make sure it is neatly trimmed.
